Cheap Fuel in Your Area - Certa Sligo

Tried to buy diesel at this gas station in March 2022 and it would appear the diesel pump ran dry. Unfortunately there was no indication that this was the case so multiple customers tried in vain to fill their vehicles resulting in a considerable wait to a) access the pump and b) repeat the experience. Calling their main service number resulted in a message stating their office was open 9-5 Monday-Friday. I don't think that's the experience customers want from 24/7 automated gas stations. Update: I chatted with their customer service a few days later (they were really nice, knowledgeable and transparent about the issue that occurred). It turned out that this was a bit of an anomaly due a number of factors (fuel distribution delays due to the Ukraine conflict; a bug in their system where the fuel level reader couldn't communicate with the payment interface; help button not being obvious). Certa seem to be taking an innovative approach to fuel delivery so willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again in the future.

First time using Pay at the Pump - good clear instructions - worked fine.
