very friendly staff and diesel prices excellent

So I just popped into this site, I’ve been in a few times before revamp and the new shop layout is pretty nice.. but the staff on the tills have a lot to be desired ( customer service is key, the two girls working hadn’t a clue, left me standing in a queue while they served two random people that weren’t even queuing) shouting at other staff members to clean bins Jesus I mean have some pride.. I’d appreciate more attention. It’s a busy shop treat each cut the same. Maybe some customer service training.

New deli has everything. Staff friendly and helpful.

Station recently changed from Amber to Iver brand. Usually get 200 miles out my tank of petrol, after filling with Iver branded fuel, I now get 150 miles!? Will be going back to Amber branded fuel. 25% range drop is a lot!

Typical modern day petrol station, everything was fine.

Good place they have changed to Inver for petrol and diesel but good staff in there still with the deli counter in there is a bonus and fresh coffee as well

Pumps are a disgrace most of the pumps out of order and the ones that do work take forever. Diesel all over the forecourt to very dangerous.

Absolute kip of a place takes about 15 minutes to fill the car because the pumps are pumping so slowly. They are like that about a year now. Another day the pump didn't cut off when the car was full, diesel everywhere.

Closes at at 9pm during covid.?? On Good Friday I was barely out the door Everyday went off at 8.35. All lights turned off on forecourt.. Not the friendliest either.

Has 🏧 ATM in store. Store Could do with an upgrade, very dated, friendly staff and good prices.

Horrendous experience with this garage and in particular, apparent supervisor, Brian McCarthy, last week. I Used the atm to withdraw funds, which never came out. Brian was extremely unhelpful. After first admitting there was issues with the atm (But had no sign up saying out of order) he then said the funds would come back to my acc in 1 or 2 days. On day 5 I called him to advise if they could contact Bank of Ireland who are atm service provider. He basically refused to help in anyway at all and kept saying that they only provide the service and have nothing to do with the ATM and basically that I was on my own. I find it very hard to believe that they don't have a point of contact at BOI for when the atm acts up. Id ask everyone and anyone, weather it be a sliced pan or a pint of milk, to go elsewhere, as customers are clearly neither valued or appreciated. More importantly don't go near this atm machine.
