Serious attitude problem with young guy on the deli this morning when I asked for a roll. I was shocked at the way he spoke to me. In the end I told him to keep it and I walked out without buying anything. I live locally and drive an hr to work everyday and buy my fuel there, I will take my custom to Walshs in Ferrybank from now on, at least the staff there have manners. I will also be emailing your head office to make an official complaint

Very disappointed. Very poor hygiene in bathroom as well as servery and seating areas, so much so only bought pre packaged food and ate in car.

Eat in, for a service station as they go, this is up there with the best of them. Great staff, nice food.

Regular call for my morning coffee on my way to work. Love the brief chat with, and apologies for this 🤣 the older members of the crew. High staff turnover at the deli counter has affected quality - in my opinion.

Your staff tried to lock me and my daughter on the site last night when I was charging my car. I had been on the site for at least five minutes, when I happened to notice that the site was being locked up, with me and my car inside. The ensuing ‘conversation’ with this member of staff was quite unbelievable. He seemed to think it was my fault that he hadn’t noticed that the site wasn’t secured and his actions were perfectly reasonable ie it was completely reasonable to force me to sleep in a car on the forecourt all night. Maybe check your CCTV and establish what your staff are doing at the end of their shift. It certainly wasn’t doing their job nor protecting the Health and Safety of their customers. A formal complaint has gone in to ESB, I recommend you contact me to discuss this further.

Very well laid out store, good coffee and a great deli. There is plenty of parking for cars, spaces for trucks would be appreciated with Belview Port close by. There is now 200kW EV chargers available with space for 4 vehicles.

Overall great experience with the girl on the till but had issue with the short deli lady with dark brown hair. when i was ordering my roll she was almost rushing me. she also appeared to have an attitude and was not the most pleasant person to encounter on a Monday morning.

Deli is lovely, plenty of selection in the shop but no parking for trucks.
