Ice cream is good there
I've just came back from Sail-in shop in Balbriggan close to the Garda station, as I live just behind the corner. A young girl at the checkout tried to cheat me for an extra pack of cigarettes (and take it for herself once I am gone) by charging me extra for that smokes without my knowledge. That "extra" pack of smokes she charged me was completely different brand from the one I asked for. Although I am a foreigner, there was no chance she misunderstood me or anything like that because the situation was clear and there was no discussion or hesitation behind my selection. I asked about Marlboro and she put into the system Marlboro and the second brand that had a word "Red" in the name. I figured out a fairly high amount to pay, hence before pressing the password of the payment card, I looked through the shopping list that was displayed on the monitor and that is how I noticed the cheating attempt.

Generally fuel is a 3 or 4 cent less than the other garages in Balbriggan. The shop is has a nice vibe and the staff are friendly.
Great spot, handy for petrol, staff are lovely and has an ATM. Great selection of sodas and treats. Fresh bread, variety of flavoured milks and if you're looking for a fry up they have sausages and rashers! There is a small cereal selection and they sell items from gravy to teabags and deodorant to toothpaste. Nice little gem of a place. Worth a pop in if you're on the move and need to get a few bits.

All of the guys and gals at the petrol station are always smiling and friendly, even when they're ready busy they always have a nice attitude. I've been going there for the last 14 years I have never had any issues with any one.
