"pay at pump" always broken, systems crashing and resetting while trying to use them, ... Nothing but hassle.

The level of assistance I received from the staff here was terrible. The person who was working had no idea how to help me get a gas canister and would not help (and they actually told me this). They seemed very untrained for the job with how it was dealt with. Better experience to be had elsewhere. I had to go to another shop where to get some where I had no issues. To be fair the staff I had met before were very nice people and attentive but the experience alone has put me off returning.

Careful with the vacuum machine. They take your money, it doesn’t work, and then they say they can’t do anything about it nor give a refund.

Just spending 65€, pay with card at the nozzle and the machine doesn't give me petrol nor my money back. The guy at the till not too much help, nothing he can do. I had to beg him for some sort of a receipt to prove I am owed this money while other costumers try to humilliate me. Not impressed, very disapointing. Bad experience. Never ever don't pay at the shop and not recommending this place at all.

Recommend using this forecourt with extreme caution. This business has an employee with a penchant (and long history) for suing customers because he tripped over something or ran into the wing mirror of your car or what not. One wonders if the company does any basic safety training - such as how to *walk* safely with your eyes wide open in a high traffic area and take responsibility for your own foreward locomotion. Honest t god! The company seems not to take any responsibility for the misbehaviour of the staff on the forecourt. Watch out, you could be next!

Very good shoop and nice staff but I only give it 2 stars because the toilet is always dirty and smells really bad. Since it is a petrol station with a toilet for the costumers, I think it needs to be kept clean, this toilet is really horrible, I go frequently and, regardless of the time I go, the toilet is always dirty. Pee on the floor and sometimes there is poop around the toilet. It's really disgusting. Many times, only when you open the door does the smell reach you and make you want to vomit.

good prices but staff member working there tonight on Friday night is a bull-eye that abuses his power. I was only curious about the Peroni 4 pack offer was it going for 6 still and yelled over not trying to be rude but you have 2 minutes to leave looking down on me like hes better then me, & its a 24 hour station i can take as long as i want, treating me like a second class citizen just cause im quiet, keep to myself don't act loud and cheeky like people he show favoritism to. Laws should be taken and legal action for the likes of him dealing with the public for discrimination. I bought there 2 4 packs of peroni and snacks spent 12 euro the hypocrite dosn't like my type whatever that means but my money is good enough for him its a disgrace having him work there.

Can be difficult to get out of at times cars as it is used as a shortcut to avoid nearby traffic lights. Very friendly staff
