Ridiculous experience. Horrendous. Ordered & Paid for oil online €400. Not delivered as per delivery timeline. No contact from Certa. No response in email to 2 x emails. Hold times of more than 20minutes to ring, gave up. Agent rang me back & could not find order despite having a Certa sales order number and giving all other details. Said he would follow up, hasnt rang back after significant time. Get your stuff together certa, no way to treat customers!
