Reasonable service station.

After been charged €125 euro for €70 diesel. And it seems I'm not the only one. What do I do to get the money back?

I put diesel for 21.48euros and 125 euros was taken out from my account.This is outrageous,how do i get my money back?any advice please

Paid by bank card then they lock my account for €125 when I only got €36 worth of diesel, I rang bank and I rang the go service agents and both blamed each other, need fuel use cash only ,don't get trapped in the financial chaos,they won't care that you need access to your funds 5 days later still no funds returned to my account contacting fraud division in Garda head quarters today,Bad trading practice

Same thing 125 gone from my account and also the 40 euro diesel I actually put into the car ! How long does it take to get the money back ? This is crazy

This facility is currently holding 220 on my card even though the amount that was actually purchased has also been debited from my account. This has been held for 3 to 5 days now. This is usually released within 24 hours. Avoid using a card here at all costs until this issue is resolved and use cash only

Nightmare never again will I use here for any diesel. 125 euro taken out of my account and told I have to wait for them to release it or if they don’t I have to wait 14 days to open a dispute and that could take months to resolve. STOP TAKING MONEY FROM PEOPLE

Disgraceful shower. Without permission pre approved 125.00 from card for 30 euro petrol. Pressed call assist and ignorant man shouts I'm sick of you people giving out about this ring your bank it's not us. Rang bank 100% Go have preset pre-approval amount and bank can do nothing until Go process a/c So basically the garage have 125 euro of my money that I can't use until they release it.

This seems to be a recurring problem, today I put 40 euro in petrol, and they took 125 from the card. I see many other reviews with exactly the same problem, that these cowboys took 125 euro and there is nothing you can do because they have no staff, no card, nothing....

After card payment time out the pump took 125 euro off my card and I couldnt even fill my car up, then I was told by assistance that its my problem and I have to contact my bank to revert the payment. Absolute joke 👍

Absolutely dreadful. €125 stopped in my bank for €38 diesel. When questioned staff in shop what that was about they both shouted at me and all prepared to say not their problem contact the bank. Extremely rude and unhelpful. No contact number for store, again not their problem they only rent the pumps. Check your bank before you leave, better still keep driving!!

No diesel in pumps and still took money.

They stole two euros of gasoline from me because according to them they do not return the money and you have to claim the company. The ticket is scanned but the money is not returned.
