Cheap Fuel in Your Area - Swift's Maxol Fermanagh

I paid for the self operated car wash at Swift's Lisnaskea, and it transpired that the foam wash was not working. I walked up to the shop and reported the issue to a cahsier. Cashier asked a manager, who advised that I needed to call the number on the machine for assistance. Back down to carwash, called the number and got an advisor on the Air-Serv helpdesk in Wigan, who advised that I needed to report the issue to the shop, who would then refund me and then chase up the issue with Air-Serv. Back up to the shop, asked to speak to a manager. A manager approached me with a defensive and unhelpful attitude. He tried to say that the service is rented out by another company annd I needed to chase it up with them. I told him that upon the advice of Swift's, I had chased it up with them nd they said I need to chase it up with Swift's. Manager still tried to argue that i's a rented space and not Swift's problem. I advised I don't care who they're renting their space out too, the unsatisfactory service I'm tried to avail of is at Swift's Lisnaskea and I want my money back. Manager was still reluctant to refund me, and became confrontational whilst we were standing in front of a long queue of customers waiting to checkout. Despite his highly unprofessional conduct, I persisted and eventually got refunded. The small amount of money involved was almost irrelevant, but the principle was not. This issue could have been easily resolved to everyone's satisfaction, however the manager's incompetence and small man syndrome, ironically blew the issue out of proportion, and turned a bad situation into a terrible one. Swift's managment, how about trying to resolve your customer's problems with your service, instead of adding to them? I have to say that the checkout staff are always excellent at the store, but that's irrelevant, as obviously I won't be back now.

Fantastic shop lots to choose from

This spar is HUGE. It’s the biggest spar I’ve ever been to in my life . It’s got everything you’d imagine, it’s like a supermarket. Theres a subway, a huge deli, a big slushie/milkshake do-it-yourself place, fresh fruit and meal deals. It’s so big and the f’real milkshakes are incredible there. They’re £3.50 but they taste so nice .

Usually use this store wen me and the mates go fishing in that area, nice big shop and plenty choices of whatever your looking for, handy for picking up bits for eating while fishing, friendly polite staff aswell it's a 👍from me.
