Everytime I visit this supermarket I'm greeted by a team of extremely friendly and helpful staff none more so than the first member of staff you meet as he's in charge of the fruit and vegetables near the main entrance, Tony. There's been so many times I'm not sure where an item might be and he'll take me to where the item is in the store. A first class member of staff and a real credit to the store. The parking is also excellent at the store and the self checkout machines are great and allow you to process your purchases very quickly and there's always a member of the helpful staff nearby to help should a problem occur. Overall an excellent store with great staff and very competitive prices

Very nicely laid out and helpful staff. They have machines installed like at self-checkouts so cashiers don’ have to handle cash. Some products are more expensive here though and I am not a fan of the meat produce sold here.

I withdrew cash from this machine and the charge was £3.99, madness !!!!!!!!

New shop has a great selection of food and also has a butchers and petrol station on site. The petrol station also has an air pump for your tyres which I have used on a number of occasions. The shop has manned checkouts as well as self service tills as well. They have a good fresh food section as well as pre made chilled meals like lasagne etc. They also have a large frozen food selection as well. The new shop is a much needed upgrade.

Currys spar 2 minutes away is considerably cheaper for every single item I've looked at. The new till system is unnecessarily complicated. Queue to hand cashier your stuff, then queue to put your money in machine anyway. Bizzare

For a rebuilt supermarket you would expect it to be good and this one is very good. The staff are friendly and helpful and the shop has a good varied variety of products. Plus it is a lot easier to get in and out of than some of the other local supermarkets.

Love the coffee BUT!!!!!!! The night staff are closing the coffee machine down way too early. The shop is open till 12 and the staff are saying they need to close the coffee before 11. I don't understand why it has to so early when it takes literally 10 minutes to clean the machine. Night staff need to use this and its getting earlier and earlier.

Visited this newly built shop this evening. The girl on the till was so busy talking with her male colleague, cursing and swearing whilst recounting a story about her friend, that she never once spoke to me, the customer. I'll not be back! Prices are too high anyhow, and a shockingly meagre vegan, or even vegetarian, food range.

The best place to go for a wee snack or your lunch with there nice meal deal's

The few chips i got were hard, curry looked like it had been sitting a day or two and expensive too.

Wont be back, customer satisfaction has disappeared, charged £1.25 for an item that was clearly marked £1.09, when I took my change from the new change machine the checkout girl had disappeared, had to get someone else to give me a receipt. This is all after I declined offer to use the self service tills and it was announced loudly to the shop that "theres a chap here that doesnt want to use self service could someone go to the tills". Worst experience in this shop ever, Embarrasing

Labai didelė, graži ir tvarkinga. Nelabai supratome pro kur eiti ir įeiti, nes buvome jau po 23 val. Ieškojome kur galėtumėme nusipirkti kavos, tad kavos tikrai gavome. Pradėjus leisti kava, bėgo rudas vanduo, bet sustabdė ir po to iš naujo prisileidom kavos (seniai valytas) , kava buvo skani, kai kurių priedų trūko- buvo tušti buteliai. Bet dėl to, kad čia ne viešbutis ir ne restoranas, buvo puiku.

Well stocked supermarket with post office and off licence. The off licence stocks a terrific range of craft beers from abroad and all over Ireland. They have a good hot food counter and Barista coffee machine if you need a snack. Other amenities include a cash machine and disabled parking. Close to Altnagelvin hospital.

Love this shop but yesterday two out of three were not wearing masks. Feel this shop is now impossible for me

Great little shop, has a bit of everything, the coffee is recommended. They have also just opened an off license.
