Bad staff and not very helpful for enquiries

My latest review is not as good as 5yrs ago, staff are nice, but lack the experience, deli is a rip off with very limited choice, I'm trying to eat healthy, no boiled eggs, egg-mayo, or coleslaw. Good luck to anyone who visits.

I love the coffee there

I used to love this garage but it closes so early now. Just been there and the shutters are down...it's not even 8pm yet and then they don't hear you from the window so you either have to scream or deal with the fact that you haven't gotten everything you need! It's such a shame because the staff are nice and the new layout is great but closing before 8pm for a petrol station is bad.

Good place the store is open till 8 on weekends and they have excellent snacks available for customers.

Services unit (air, water, vacuum) out of service

No gloves or paper at diesel pump. Visa declined repeatedly tho nothing wrong with the card! This mirrors a friend's experience recently...apparently her card didn't work but they didn't inform her and rang gardai instead...who followed her to Kerry! Fix the d**n machine! Won't use again . An a-typical Maxol experience.

Deli was ok

I had worst experience yesterday with unhelpful staff, who is working in counter never look at my face... Never again..

worst experience I ever had with the people of this station. I was in for a cup of tea and I was charged 2 times for putting 2 tea bags in it. the guy justin who was serving me at the time his attitude was extremely rude and never been apologetic about his attitude. later called to their head office to file my complaint and I was told that we are very sad to hear about this all and the site manager will be in touch with you very shortly to discuss this matter and when finally I spoke to my the manager after trying calling twice a day she said sorry to hear this and I will call you in station to get it sorted but she never returned back to me even though I have rang again couple of times again. I use to spend at 10 euro a day to get my coffe and sandwiches every day but I am not going to use their extreme attitudinal services and bear the staff rude behaviour anymore. won't recommend this place to anyone and will stop my mates to do so.
