Very bad experience with this company. Ordered oil for my daughter who had 2 young children at home paid in full for 500ltrs. Only 300ltrs was delivered. Contacted my card provider who said I had to speak to them give them chance to fix it. Contacted office and was told no I wasn't getting it I would receive a credit note for far less. I said no I wanted oil nothing else as the price had by now doubled. Eventually got call back from owner who is a rude so so. Happy to take my money but not provide oil. His response I am seeing to my own ones and my neighbours 1st. Absolutely appalling way to do business only after threatening legal action did we get our oil over a week later.

Ordered oil and pre paid, the full amount wasn't delivered and I have tried all day to contact the office, messages have been read but no reply. If they couldn't deliver the full amount it should have been stated on the website. I'm now out of pocket, can't get through to anyone for a refund and now have to seek another oil supplier to get oil to heat my home, I will never use this company ever again. Office staff are very cheeky and kept hanging up on me when I asked for an answer also tried to contact over Facebook and got nowhere
