Got fuel once charged twice

Very easy to use self-service machines, good prices, and there’s a coffee shop, but I hate the advertising screens on every pump that shout unsolicited information at you as you fill up!

I put diesel in my van here and it cleared out all my money in my account and then overdrew my account with what I actually filled. Can't get in contact with them so I rather walk than fill up here

Major FYI! There is a creepy man who appears in the MegaWash and peers in through the back window and then vanishes. I read down the comments after my experience today, and seen that the exact same incident happened to another woman. Being trapped in a pitch black hanger with machinery washing your car is enough in itself, never mind some random man staring into your back window and then vanishing. It was like something from a horror movie! Do not recommend if you are a woman by yourself!

Got fuel Tuesday evening 15 October. Took all the money from bank card along with the cost of the diesel left me overdrawn in my account. Phoned Go no help whatsoever informed me the money will be back in my account in 3-5 days!!!! Friday now and still no money in my account.

Do I fill up in the United Kingdom or do I fill up in the Republic of Ireland? The Internet suggested that it was less expensive to buy fuel here, so off the highway and into this service station is how it went. Clean, easy to access and easy to pump. This was my first petrol station but I had no problem paying at the pumps with my credit card and filling up. Nicely covered, no trash and no problems. Back onto the highway in a jiffy!

The air machine not only reads the wrong pressure, it also doesn't pump up. The connection is so bad it leaks pressure from your tyres. Says 4min air time. Switched off after about 1min. Cost 50p. Waste of time and money. Please fix it this is bad for people who are stuck with low pressure

I would not recommend, I bought a new car last week and took it for a wash in the mega wash, lifted off the paint work and scraped front bumper, back bumper and both sides of the door. Disgrace

Badly needs contactless payment facility. AdBlue pump is broken, difficult to use, and badly placed.

Confusing pricing today I sign shows unleaded £1.33.9 and diesel £1.36 whilst another shows both at £1.38.9

went to the megawash with my little sister and it was so fun and such a cool experience, will defo be back!!

Paid £12 for a basic wash, I expected better. Won't be returning.

Good value fuel & rich roasted coffee to go !

Stopped to get some fuel. Opted for HVO ( as its meant to be clean fuel) and got absolutely stung! 1.99£ per litre. This same HVO fuel costs same as a regular diesel down south. Not really encouraging to drive eco friendly. So if you plan on getting one, make sure your pants are tight, as this garage might pull them down for you !!

Unexpected man inside the Megawash! My husband had used the Megawash before and prepared me for how it works - that the doors close behind you and your car is effectively shut in a dark, windowless box with digital screens during the wash. I used it for the first time yesterday and took our wee one for the novelty experience. After paying £12 and listening to all the safety instructions, it directed us into Bay 1 and then the door closed behind us and the initial foam wash started. I was looking back to chat with our wee one when I was startled to see a man with white hair handwashing the back windscreen and looking in to our car! I was somewhat unsettled, given I thought the whole thing was automated and was glad I already had the doors locked! After a few seconds of wiping my back window, he literally disappeared into the dark and we didn't see him for the rest of the car wash. My child saw him too, so I wasn't going mad! Not sure what that was all about and if the guy was staff or not, but it was certainly unsettling and unexpected. If I had been on my own in the car and hadn't already got the doors locked, I would have felt very uncomfortable in the dark enclosed garage on my own. Have tried to contact Go Coffee on Facebook as they've promoted it before as "OUR Megawash" to ask if they can shed any light. P.s. The car was very clean afterwards, but I don't think I'll use it again as the random man inside the wash freaked me out somewhat!!

Go Megawash left grimy car spotless. Very thorough, and you get to watch giant sea creatures swimming around you while the brushes and swirters slowly do their job. No options to choose, all in 12 pounds, including wax and dry.

I wish I could give 0 stars. It accepts cash but doesn’t give money back. You get a voucher! It does say this in the text below the word ‘Cash’, but it is a smaller font. Called customer service and they said they can’t do anything about it. It feels I felt deceived instead of treated fairly

Got diesel this eve £20 (€23.41) and have another charge of €103.53 from here on our bank that we never made. Staff were no help. Intercom staff couldn’t help & rang head office and they were incredibly rude and HUNG UP on us. Disgraceful. No confirmation on whether we will get this money back and no help from anyone. Will NEVER get diesel here again. Clearly an issue with the company as so many reviews saying the same.

Good experience until I see on my online banking I was charged an additional £100 on a second phantom transaction..I presume this is some sort of security control on their part..but it would be nice to be warned that this is a temporary charge that will be credited back. No phone or Website contact available..very poor.

WARNING: I bought petrol for €34 and it took an extra €74 off my card - can’t get into website - SOMEONE needs to respond and refund my money!!

I attended at beginning on November. I was over charged more than £20 for my petrol which was noted afterwards on my banking app. I have been trying to find a way to contact the Go at Banbridge but their website does not work and no contact number. Previously no issue but his is unacceptable.

A very good shopping complex. A wide variety of shops and some of the cheepest fuel around. Worth an explore.

My friend filled the tank for 25 GBP ( 29 euros) Was charged 116 euros extra on top just this evening

Well laid out, decent prices and food on the go advertised when you’re fuelling up. You just drive to the window just beyond the fuel pumps.

I have just been to the station , I put £20.01 fuel in my car , but I have been charged £30.60 , how do I get a refund ?

Went today to get diesel and put in for 40 quid and they ended up charging me 100 for it, there's no contact number or anything, disgrace!

Thank you so much to the boy who offered me a free air freshener today! A very small gesture but made my day:) Hope he’s not out in the rain all day!
