Really poor customer service. Rang at 8am this morning was promised oil delivery for late this evening for 200lts of oil @ £133 and then to find they over charged (or robbed) by charging me £173. I phone up, said they will look into it and nothing. I phoned back again to be met with a very irate man on the phone that said go elsewhere and hung up on me. Won’t be using this shower again, after over 15 years business with this crowd I did expect better!
