Bitterly disappointed, im local to maghera but live away, come home visiting every couple of months, take my girls for icecream every night, to be told 8 out of 10 times they can't have the flavour they want, even though it's in the freezer behind them!!! To add insult to injury one of the girls who serves is incredible bad mannered!!! I think the owner Kevin Bradley would need to investigate immediately, as he's losing money, we would be having 5 double scoop icecreams every night for minimum of 7days, at min 2.90 a throw, total, 14.50 per night, that's 101.50 for the week lost!!! I thought retail times were difficult, maybe bradleys is one of the only ones who can afford to lose revenue!!

A girl who serves at the ice cream parlour bit with blonde hair is extremely cheeky and has no manners when serving.

This station is great for me because I can't touch the pumps the staff have no problem doing it for me. They are all very pleasant' helpful & you can pick up some great bargains in the shop.

Not even worth one star after how they treated me today. I had to ring them 4 times in 2 days to confirm my order delivery only to be told less than 24hrs before that they will not deliver to me!!!!!! Excuse after excuse about staff who took the order not being there anymore and the owner hiding behind his staff as I am still waiting for him to phone me directly. Claimed I was too far away even though they delivered to an address 5 mins from my home 2 weeks ago. After telling me they can't deliver then all of a sudden if I paid £40 then they would deliver!! Not one ounce of understanding or responsibility for their actions, on fact, they had to cheek to ask me did I not understand where they were coming from !! When organising an event, the last thing you need is for a caterer to let you down less than 24hrs before. Do not order from here, avoid at all costs.

Salad bar is not very clean. Staff using the same chopping board to make 3 different sandwiches for different customers and the same knife to cut through them...disgusting. Need to up their game to match other salad bars in the area.

Their hot food is great and a good price for what you get, the staff are also really nice.

Exceptional!!! These guys are nothing short of amazing!! the quality of food and levels of customer service were totally mind blowing, we used them for our sons 2nd birthday! from the food to the treats, this is the best value for money you could ask for!!

We had a garden party tonight and these guys catered for it. Superb service. Excellent food and very very good value. Would highly recommend if you require some catering.
