Always have a pleasant experience in Maxol, the staff is always very helpful especially a lovely young lady behind the till and the deli the odd time, very patient with me. I always try and stop whenever I’m in the area!

For the second time in a row pay at pump hasn't worked on pump 8. I only choose Maxol for the convenience of prepay so a message on the screen to pay in kiosk is inconvenient and time consuming.

They worse thing about this is still not reply from maxol Ireland. Or burger king ... Got a case number but no reply in two months after about 5 emails . Also burger king didn't reply.. 👎👎👎👎👎Two months after frist review not one person from maxol or burger king have replied to my emails . And i keep sending them.... still a dirty place... Unfortunately on last two visits the toilets was terrible told staff both times not much reaction from them to be honest......but sheets on wall said checked 5 mins ago but no toilet rolls in either toilet.. So have to change rating .

Tables were dirty - children's high chair looked like it hadn't been cleaned for ages. You could expect people to clear their tables after eating, but when bins are overflowing it's not going to happen - and this was before the lunchtime rush be!! Maxol has gone downhill rapidly since being taken over. Very disappointing.

The car wash scratched my car. I went in and reported it the the shop assistant and they said sorry and tried to give me my money back, closed off the car wash and said a manager will be in contact with me. When i came back to meet with the manager they claimed that there is notting wrong with the car wash and tried to say it was from somting else.That the car wash was inspected and wouldnt cause that to happen. I explained i had went to a respray shop and they said this happens a lot with them car washes to stay away from them. Stones get caught up in the brushes and scratch the cars. She keept refusing accept this, so i ask for cctv footage to show my car before and after going through the car wash. I was told they have it but will not show it. So now i have to take legal action. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute disgraceful staff in this deli. Waited 5 mins to get served, no one else in the queue but 3 members of staff standing around chatting. When I did get served the woman said "what do you want" Absolute joke of a place on the main road. Manager needs to have a serious chat with his staff & send them on a customer training course 😠 😡

Worst car wash i have experienced till now. Do not go for car wash. Your car will be scratched 10 euros will cost you 300-400 euros or more than that! I had my BMW and instead of cleaning the wheels the machine just brushed my car body on both the sides and left big circular scratches of the wheels cleaner size! When i reported the manager of the store she seemed to uninterested in listening my case and said she dint even have any timeline about procedure or compensation of the damage

The petrol station is supposed to close at 22:00. I came at 21:10 and the guys were inside and saw me parking but they just disappeared and closed the store. So unprofessional and definitely not going back. I was waiting 5-10 min outside in the cold and nobody came.

No milk alternatives at the coffee station. In this day and age!?

Went in at 3.30pm a quiet time .the foodcourt area was filthy .food bits everywhere, drink spillages on floor and tables , empty food containers and burger King bags on tables .was there for 20 mins and not a sign of a cleaner

Disgustingly dirty toilets blood on walls, toilet paper everywhere.. Dirty sinks. Soap in hand sanitizer.. Some staff in burger king are not one bit helpful.. Never again

Just went in for the Buger king and was disgusted, the place was very quite but every table had rubbish on it, floor hadnt been swept in hours id imagine, and to top it off went to toilets with my son and couldnt believe what state it was in, dirty toilet paper all over floors sinks blocked so bad i told my son not to was his handd like really it was that bad, then if all that wasnt bad enough seen the staff walking around half dancing without a care in the world with airpods in his ears like there was nothing to do

The deli has really lost it's mojo since their revamp. The past 3 times I've visited the hot counter is pretty poorly stocked. Shame really as it was the best deli in Newbridge at one point

Hygiene and cleanliness is most definitely not top of the agenda, place is regularly quite grubby.

Stacion is ok but burger king its ridiculous i got a food poisen end up in hospital never go there anymore

The toilet for the disabled is far too loo and it was filthy, even though there was a sign outside to say ‘cleaning in progress’.

Garage has a great deli,lovely friendly staff but Burger King let's not down badly. Standing at the counter waiting to order for nearly 8 minutes, no other customers and 4 staff members completely ignored me. Its not the 1st time either. Rudest staff I've ever come across. Working in retail myself i was disgusted and angry. Ended up walking out. An absolute disgrace. Try get staff that actually realise they are working not standing like muppets. Ignorant muppets at that.Rant over 😡😡😡
