I’m just a newish driver and I didn’t understand how to use their cards machine at the pump and the lady shouted out in front of everyone on the speaker and then still got confused on how to work and then she came out and I just said I’ll go and find an easy station I felt really embarrassed and nervous dont shout at customers like that

Also refuel here, love that I get clubcard points too

Now I will pay at pay in store because when you pay at pump they take 120 pound then take out what you got then put the 120 pound back in your card know wonder they made 2 billion +profits so far this year pure and utterly greed

I think Tesco needs to simplify the instructions on their pump. There is too crowded information on the pump. The other day, one of the ladies had to come outside to assist.

What can be said a out a filling station? It's clean but this one needs staff who stop chatting and get on releasing the pump promptly. No urgency.
