Terrible customer service. Very rude at the post office especially the blonde girl with fake eyelashes. You can tell they don't want you there. I'm sure the shop is losing a lot of customers because of that.

Convenient petrol station with centra shop. Clean and tidy. Staff are Very friendly and helpful

Customer service aint their strong point...paid for a 25kg bag of coal as advertised on their prominent board...went to collect the coal but there were only 20kg bags...asked for a 25kg bag & was advised...'oh yeah that board has been there for a long time!'... as if that makes it ok to rip off customers...just saying😶

Good garage. Good shop. Some bargains in the grocery dept. Real nice staff. But....Post Office counter outside of 9-5pm Mon-Friday...dead loss. Staff member will address you at the counter. Will call upstairs and then tell you someone will be 'down' in a minute. Only no one appears. I waited 8 minutes. On a Saturday morning just after 1pm. Not very professional. I left. Customers dont seem to matter at the Post Office counter. Opening hours are posted at the counter for all to see. So i wasnt asking for something outside of their remit. Shame.....affects tgeir rsting as being disappointing.
