Excellent service and very clean

Unnecessarily rude to a lady who was in front of me in the queue who was availing of a service which this station provides. When he walked to the machine to carry out this task he shouts "Sorry about this folks" which insinuates that he was displeased from the get go to help this woman. The man (black hair and glasses) behind the counter could be heard complaining about having to carry out this task to another lady in the queue while also shouting at the lady who he was serving at the time. While I can't speak for everyone, it made myself and my partner feel extremely awkward and made the young lady quite embarrassed. When we reassured the lady that she was okay and it wasn't her fault that this was taking a bit of time; the man behind the counter over heard us and shouted "Well it's not my fault either..." again - unnecessary. I truly understand everyone can be having a bad day but it was really just too much and it shouldn't be acceptable to speak to a customer like that and make them feel like they're a nuisance.

Staff friendly and place clean

Staff not very friendly and don't ask for them to change a note for coins ,as you will be grunted at and told machine don't allow change even do a nice guy called Ken did it so it depends on the staff
