Won’t even let a child use the toilet in an emergency

I thought gas ststions were obliged to have toilettes, but here when I asked, I was explained by an employee that "It's locked and we don't have the key". I wonder where the employees pee..

Good prices on fuel, Friendly staff with great customer service 👍🏻👍🏻
Quite nice little shop. Personal were frendly. Good selection of fresh made sandwiches. Fuel is satisfactory.
Was verbally abused by a Pakistan shop assistant when I went in to get a take away coffee. He accused me of coming in before and trying to get two cups of coffee. I always get a large cofee but the insomnia coffee machine did not fill the coffee cup up. In fact the coffee only came up half way so I pressed the hot milk button to fill the cup the rest of the way. Clearly the machine is deliberately set up that way to save on coffee. I want a large coffee cos I payed for a large coffee. I do not like to be spoken to in a verbally aggressive way and will never go near that disgusting shop that once was run by Irish staff who always treated customers me and other customers with respect.
Brilliantly little shop in Bunratty, it has fast food, great prices, fine wines and gas to get you going, a great place for a quick stop!
