Deli food was horrible

6.25 for a wrap with chicken tougher than a Tallaght schoolboy and salad that tasted sad

Service from deli staff is always amazing...but there was a female manager there (Gold) was on her name tag who breatered staff infront off customers ...spoke to them like they were noting in front off a shop full off customers...didnt pull them aside with her issue and was extremly rude ...i felt so bad for them leaving ...this is not good customer service or management

Really bad quality of food on the deli… wedges looks like were microwaved. Cold and soft like after defrosting. Goujons were also cold and expensive (€1 per piece). When you go to the garage for a food at 11:00 on the Saturday morning at least you are expecting a nice warm food. Staff where nice and polite

very bad behavior from the deli people i went to get some sandwich then only know that they have offer on 14.4. .bro believe me the people are so rude and not listen to your choice . we still paying money not all are bad ..such a bad service

Good garage great service

I got robbed in this shop today, or at least that is what it felt like. They used to have exceptionally good wedges (thick coating of spice and beautifully soft on the inside), they seemed to be the only place in town that did them, and they used to cost €2.50 for a small box. At some point they changed that to a cup half the size for the same price but as I said they were exceptionally good wedges so I still got them the odd time. Today, I felt like having some, so I went, fully prepared to pay a ridiculous price for a handful of great wedges, but instead when I got home I found that they had changed the wedges. They are absolutely terrible. I tried two, and I couldn't bring myself to have another. The were cold, hard and inedible. I have no reason to ever return to this shop.

Station itself is fine and staff are friendly but the food in the deli is the most disgusting I've ever encountered !!

Horrible management decision they put a dude that's only been in ireland a couple months on the night shift and he's only got the most basic of English, like the poor guy struggles with almost every single customer I've seen rows of people waiting in the lashing rain because he just can't figure out what people are trying to tell him, not at all his fault though completely on management for putting him on nights that was so idiotic I've no clue what he/she was smoking when they put him on nights but I'd love some of it

Disgusting experience. The deli food was cold and not at all freshly made that day. The donuts were stale and like rocks. Child started to get sick. Never returning.

Really dissatisfied with the pricing in this store, I just bought a medium roll with cold chicken and stuffing and it was €4. Way overpriced in my opinion as it’s €2.50 everywhere else? I know prices have gone up but this is extortion! Would not shop here again

Toilet out of order no handwashing facility no antibac wipes are sold here either. The floor and tables are dirty in general....

Staff are very approachable and kind. Deli needs work tho...

Nice big forecourt with plenty of fuel bays on the way into Waterford city. Grand ol Pitstop for a wee wee and fill up again before the onward journey.

If only they cooked and served proper sausages

Get shop ,,, the only thing they should change is there tea bags disguising tea ever ,, but every thing is OK little bit dear
