The manager needs to stop eyeballing people as they enter the shop. I've noticed this on several occasions recently. Yes theft is a problem in retail at the moment. But we're not all thieves. Use your CCTV system for this and stop making it so painfully obvious.

Car wash is a joke they have changed the sequence on it wets the car brushes up and down for 10 euro car still firty and it does not even dry the vehicle

Don’t waste your money on the car wash according to the “manager” it doesn’t have hot water or wash bird excrement 🤷‍♀️so what is a car wash to do? Spots all over the car after and still large stains from the wonderful swans and seagulls that frequent our coastal town! I wanted it clean for my nct and even the wheel rims had grease still - better off doing it myself! Waste of money

You need to check the prices here, before you buy anything. They charged me 75 cent for rizla papers, that are 60 cent in just about every other shop in the country, and as far as I’m aware, it’s illegal to overcharge for tobacco products.

Hello, I walked into the station for some food and the manager became an enraged beast and got mad at me( I was simply minding my own business) He came And said (you foul creature I want you to die)( I took out a petrol machine gun and Sprayed him and then threw him into the Diesel Truck and blew up like in gta( I feel fearsome, Bloodlusted, My nightly bloodlust has overflown into my days, I feel lethal ) The police will need to handle this wizard of Mxol

Super nice staff! Great deli team really chatty...and they know how to make a roll. Ps they can also tell the time...unlike their neighbours in Tesco, when they closing time at 10pm they mean 10pm not 9:45pm!

Filling up with diesel this evening and the pump did not stop automatically as is normal pump no. 8 it went all over my car and my wheels also my shoes I asked to see a manager but was informed there was none on site so I reported it to the guy in the shop and he told me there was plenty of blue paper and to go clean my car myself I asked for a car wash so I could clean my car and the wheel he refused and started sniggering at me, I have been a long standing customer of Maxol Bray but after this experience I certainly won't be back

I bought 2 packs of this chocolate last week from Maxol in Vevay road and I found out when I went home and gave it to my kids that it was expired. Very disappointed.

I love the coffee and the food is nice but the major problem in this shop is the moodiness of the staff. I thought it was a once off with that lady in the deli but she is just the moodiest person I've ever met in the service industry. I just don't think she enjoys her job so it would be great if management had a little word.

This place has been completely upgraded since current picture was taken...tbey hav 2 car washes..drive through and power. A great service centre for vacuming and air. Seperate parking if u are just shopping. Great selection of groceries and a cool new sandwich bar..kofe machines etc. Helpful staff

I had the manager rip me a new one for putting a few "car items" in the bin. Magic tree wrapper small bottle of coke and sweet wrappers. Calling head office failed as only got an answering machine and no reply for weeks. My entire family had been customers there since 1982. We bought loads there like oil carwash vacum gas bottles and car fuel. While I understand if customer bins are abused with domestic waste Mr K (mgr) could easily see what it was I was putting in the bin and I explained and showed him while doing so.

Great shop. Excellent selection of drinks

I must say the woman that services in the deli needs a holiday or some happiness in her life. She must be the saddest, unhappiest worker i have ever seen in any business. I spend money every second day in your lovely shop but she frightens me away when I see her there. Just a constructive criticism.

Coffee & Hot Chocolate is luke warm every single time I use the machine. I have given the machine multiple chances to prove me wrong but it's failed every single time. I want a hot drink hence why I purchase a hot drink so why am I receiving luke warm liquid. Please fix your machine. The store looks fabulous but looks can be deceiving. Your welcome.

Went in recently. One member of deli staff not wearing a mask, 2 members of staff on the floor 1 wearing mask below nose and the other not wearing a mask at all when stacking shelves, girl behind screen at till not wearing a mask either. The only one who was was the owner... nobody likes wearing a mask I get that but if you insist customers wear them (signs up at door etc) they should also. Hand sanitiser station empty and no gloves at pumps. I’ll take my business to somewhere that does care about the safety of their customers and family. Extremely disappointed to see this and feel it is really letting down the new revamped store.
