Very good fuel ⛽ card 💳 payment not so much.??

Went for diesel on Sunday in monaghan town entered my card & details - revolut card emptied & no refund !!!!

Got 19,58 of Diesel but it also took another €125 from my Card . I wouldn't use this service again They have absolutely no contact details from that I could see re email or phone number. Please contact me how do I get my money back.

Charged 125 euro twice for 30 euros worth of diesel

Same issue as most of the comments. I've got a receipt for 28.78 and charged my card 125 extra. A week later no refund. Don't send me the link with the new changes because I can't see there when will be the refund. My bank statement shows I am charged by Go Monaghan twice once 28.78 and another one 125.00 Can anyone tell me if you got your money back please? Update: I've got my money back. 18.07.2023

Self-service petrol in Monaghan handy stop on the way to Derry the Go stations seem to be the cheapest petrol in Ireland that I have come across handy to operate.

Went to the go gas station yesterday for 30 euros of petrol today I went to check my account and they took 125 euros from my account which is a shame

I filled up fuel for 20 euros, charged 145 euros, It hasn't changed 125 euros for a whole week. get as far away from GO as possible

Got €51 diesel and charged €125 talk about a scam, we will only charge for the diesel you put into your car my hole

Not happy. Filled €60 on Wednesday and €125 taken out. This is not right. Wondering how many times iv been ripped off here. I guess its not the cheapest for nothing. Got comfortable buying fuel here only to realise they got greedy. Avoid.

Bought €20 of unleaded on Tuesday evening at Go self-service Monaghan Town. €125 charged to my Debit Card - no refund yet. What the hell is going on with this company. Normally go to McNally's out the Cootehill Road. Will never use a Go station again (anywhere). Disgraceful. Also, as I used a debit card what if this overcharging caused me to have a chargeable unauthorised overdraft - who's responsible cause it definitely isn't me!!!

Got €58 of petrol on the 8th July from the Go station in Monaghan. I checked my account and there is an additional €125 taken from it! No phone number to contact Go!

Debiting €125 from my account, even though I simply got €30 diesel, is not acceptable. The amount has still not been refunded. Not appropriate, especially with current financial difficulties being experienced and ongoing cost of living crisis. “Go” do not provide information about this at their facilities and from looking at the numerous other reviews, they are not taking responsibility for this, instead citing banks/card providers. If this is a policy at pay at pump facilities, customers should be notified before making a purchase via clear signage or warnings.

I also bought 60 euro worth of Petrol last Friday. I was charged the 60 plus 125 euro which I have still not been refunded. This is a disgrace and I will not be using this petrol station again.

Got €50 diesel last Friday and when I checked my bank account later, you had taken €125 from my account. This is a disgrace. Am still waiting 5 days later for my refund??

AVOID!!! Charges €125 on card without known authorisation as security. Very stressful experience. Awful way to conduct business.

The petrol is absolutely rubbish my turbo car won't run at all on it and I've heard horror stories about there diesel

Never post reviews. BUT just checked by bank statement and this business has taken €125.00 from my account for a €50.00 approx fuel purchase. Never ever get over €50/60 fuel at one time. Business has NO CONTACT PHONE NUMBER, NO WEBSITE, NO EMAIL so impossible to contact. This is not acceptable for a totally self-service service provider. Now I have to waste valuable time chasing owners. Will also have to check my bank records to see if this was a first!!

Cheapest petrol by about 5c per ltr

You should display a notice that your pumps does NOT give out change or even an option to cancel & get refunded!

Put € 20.00 diesel in car, checked my bank account a few days later I was charged €36.00 for tge diesel. Contacted them via email but no reply.

Got my visa card declined even though it had over €100 on it, tried my revolut card and it took every cent in the account but no petrol, I did get this money back though. This pkace could be realky good if it got it's act together.

Went to get diesel for my car tonight after work and all card machines are down.. Wot a disgrace how do you expect poeple to get fuel... Won't be using Go again.. By try I'm referring to the station based in Monaghan

Very competitive fuel prices but I have had attempted credit card fraud on my card directly after filling up here twice in the last two weeks.
