Food and shop are good. The toilets are a disgrace,not cleaned , no toilet paper , no paper to dry your hands, and the hand dryer out of order. I wouldn't be planning on using it as a WC stop

A convenient stop for anyone driving the M11. Parking is plentiful. Staff are great and friendly throughout the shop. The large deli is well staffed with wide selection of food available. It would've been a five star experience except the last time I was in there what looked like a manager/supervisor held 3 staff members talking on the shop floor giving instructions while a fairly large queue grew at the till area. Most people go to the shop for a quick in/out experience holding up staff while only one served was a slight black mark. In general the shop as a whole is top notch, spotless clean, from the shop to the forecourt and the toilets.

Terrible station. Prices are not updated and this is the most expensive fuel I’ve seen around here. On top of that, there was one poor girl serving at the till and the queue went round the corner.

Easy to pull in, nicely laid out shop. Only problem I had was with the attitude of one of the staff. When asked by another staff member to give a hand as there was a queue for ice-cream, he proceeded to sneer the staff member and stood with his hands on his hips and stare as the queue got bigger. A customer actually said to him to give the guy a hand, but he again refused. Maybe a few words on teamwork might help.

Large forecourt, big modern shop, off licence and deli counter with hot food and sandwiches made to order. Spacious seating area. Outside you will find ample car parking, car wash and services. Staff are friendly and helpful. Well maintained bathrooms including a children's changing area and disabled facility. There is also an ice cream counter with a good variety of treats for a warm day.

Spacious and well laid out. Deli is grand with nice sandwiches. Try the GOATEE toasted . Very convenient to pull off the N11
