Horrible place. The Petrol Station staff accuse decent customers of non-payment of fuel. It is disgusting to receive a letter from the Garda Station.........

Bueno Sundae at Bueno (Apple Green Rathcoole). A littke overpriced at €5.80, considering he flavour didn't match the presentation. The vanilla ice cream lacked flavour and the bits of Bueno were stale.

The barista machine is always “out of service”. Just remove it. I’m tired coming here for a coffee and not being able to ever get one.

It's a motorway service station, it's clean and there's a large choice. Plenty of parking, there's the usual choices burgers, noodles sandwiches sand a shop.

Got a used credit voucher here the other day for three network but wouldn’t work rang three and they told me it had already been used by a number that wasn’t mine rang the shop then and was told I’d get a call back , no call back so I called again and still no response … maybe they might see this and decide to pick up their phones

Nice place to stop, but note, the lovely coffee doc that’s there is closed indefinitely. Machine coffee only.

The guys from Chopsticks are giving you food like it's from their own fridge. Boxes are small they fill it with base food, potatoes,rice or noodles and a bit of chicken.. Expensive for the amount of food they give .. Nasty !

PAY AS YOU GO PUMPS APPLEGREEN_NAAS ROAD RATHCOOLE.. I arrived into applegreen service station on Naas Road, Rathcoole, and purchased €50 of diesel at pay as you go pump and realising it never issues a receipt I went in to counter and asked for a receipt. My daughter in meantime bought treats in the shop. I asked for a receipt for the €50 diesel and waited and waited and 20 minutes later, I asked again, and was told it was been printed in back office by the manager. . I asked what was the delay and complained that I was now 25 minutes awaiting a receipt. To which the your staff member replied to contact applegreen head office as he wasn't paid enough to listen to complaints and he was only paid €17 an hour and it wasn't his problem. Shocked by this attendants attitude and the manager came out from rear office as this young man was passing these comments, and ignored how rude and unhelpfully thus young chap was and showing no respect. I found they don't care and their pay pumps never issue a printed receipt, but still no excuse for this staff couldn't care approach. He seemed to imply that what do I expect as he was earning only earning €17 an hour and wasn't paid to handle a complaint.. I didn't complain just asked why was a receipt taking so long as I was blocking the pump while others queued for fuel behind me. Date of visit: Saturday 29th April

Good overall, but Burger King lets it down because of poor attitude to customers from staff.

Absolute disgrace of a place,ordered two full irish breakfasts,food is stale and like a rock,the staff in the deli don't care at all when approached about it,they shouldn't be working there if they don't care about what they serve especially the blonde woman she was as ignorant when I complained about my food stay clear of this kip and save your money your gut will thank you

24 hrs but every time I call for a coffee at night they say coffee machine clean now no coffees. Night driver's need coffees. 😴 NEEDS SORTED

Arrived at midnight and there's no toilet facilities when just the hatch is open. The circle K down the road, at the next junction I think, is much better for night service, the shop and even the deli is still open at midnight at the circle K

Turns out dci card is ONLY available in pump 13 and 14! Be ware of it if you’re looking to use a fuel card.

Dealt with an extremely rude bald older gentleman member of staff when paying for diesel on behalf of my father. I miss heard the staff member thinking he got the pump number wrong so I corrected him to which he quite aggressively raised his voice at me repeating what he had said and when I stood there shocked he said "I knew there would be something!" unsure what he meant by this but I took it as a remark on me being a young girl paying for diesel. I've been going to this garage for years and have never had such a bad experience. As someone who suffers with anxiety and is easily upset by interactions like this, I think I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I got a takeaway from Chopstix Applegreen Rathcoole and found a dead fly in it. My wife and I ate some of it and are now worried it might make us sick. She is pregnant as well. Really disgusted and will never order food from them again. AVOID!!

The worst chicken roll I ever had. Ordered roll with butter, taco sause, sf chicken, lettuce and coleslaw.... that what I got... it is shame to sell something like that... ther is not even full brest of chicken... staff nead proper training...

I called in on Saturday for fuel and got an amazing service from David, who filled my car up, checked my tyre pressure and water. Nothing was too much trouble and he had a polite attitude. All garages need a David in my opinion.. Many thanks to Applegreen for a safe and efficient service.10 out of 10. I will definitely recommend this forecourt to my friends and family.

I would just like to draw everyone's attention to a wonderful man David, the forecourt troubleshooter on duty, Wednesday morning May18th. At Rathcool Applegreen services. I broke down with a burst engine waterhose. David was a diamond. I am very deaf and he used my phone to contact my Axa breakdown insurance, and also directed me to Vals auto repairers in Rathcool who could not fit me in but diagnosed the.problem precisely. Plan B succeeded with Axas help, I was given an Entrrprise hire car and my vehicle was delivered to my garage near Skibbereen the following day. Thank you David., And Applegreen for being so generous having a man in that role.on the forecourt. Much appreciated.
