Very poor M&S store, very poor variety. It's much too small. Applegreen is good.

I used to come here regularly for breakfast as it was close to my destination. I say "used to" because I won't be back thanks to the staff at the Bakewell section inside the shop. Firstly, the assistant was going to butter my bread before toasting it. I had to tell her to toast it first, then buttet it! I was also overcharged for the sit-in mini breakfast I ordered, despite saying on two occasions to the girl at the counter that I ordered a mini (6 items or less) breakfast. When I pointed out the error, she just said she had made a mistake. Even though she was told twice that she was wrong. Now I have paid twice for two breakfasts and have to wait up to 5 days for the initial Overcharge to be refunded to my card! Very poor standard. I won't be back!
