Loved the fact that I could get a non dairy coffee from the machine and the staff were lovely

Cooked food is grand. Decent selection. Pastries can be stale late at night.

I went in to get a hot chicken roll. They clearly had rolls but refused to use them because they wanted them for soup. I got wedges instead they were like leather. Definitely never going here again.

Worst service, no one knows or cares what their role is. Rude staff very unhelpful. We came in hungry and had to settle for a bag of Doritos as no one else would as much as heat up a sandwich. The coffee machine was broken at the coffee Dock and a customer had to direct me where to make coffee from a dispensing machine. It is the only Applegreen ive been to that I was so frustrated and annoyed. I'm going to share this on everything the staff should all be replaced or simply close your store.

Very poor customer service at the Deli Counter. Total rip off, I have been coming in here 3 times a week for the last year for the breakfast deal and was refused it today. The deal is clearly advertised but not being offered. They are operating a scam to rip customers off.

Women in the deli is extremely rude .

Has lovely deli. Premium fuel options and great offers on cold drinks. Recommend a visit if you are stuck for fuel ⛽️ 😉

Extremely rude and very very unhelpful member of staff serving this morning at 8 am upset our children had them in tears. Extremely rude !!!! She had dark curely hair . This is absolutely not exceptable. We will never return to this shop because of her attitude !!! This needs to be addressed please !!!!!

Bought these and they should be off the shelve 6 days ago.

Great local store and filling station with friendly staff

It was a very bad experience ordering food from deli. Not only the staff are rude and the price of the food is way over priced. The service is not worth the price paid.

Friendly staff, good coffee machines

One of the Best Apple one could visit. Good size cafe with food made to order. We’ll stock shop with everything you’d need to keep you going on your journey. and currently affordable diesel. What not to like . Only 5 mins of the N6 at exit 11

Staff there are very unprofessional rude and talk back to people when u ask to talk to a manager they sent you to leave the manager is not around the Deli section three of them two was busy and the other one was just sitting there and when i go to her she is telling me can’t you see that i am busy go back and wait for your turn me and the lady behind was shocked about her words and we will make sure that she will get a raport about that behaviour that happened on the 21/06/23 at 11:30

Someone needs to update you're opening hours online, claims to be open at 6am and the place is locked up at 06.30.

The coffee at the deli is great but the machine is more often than not “broken”. I appreciate that they may be short staffed but it’s not consistent service

Got to the counter to pay, said hello, no reply, just “now12” I paid, I said thanks & good bye but no reply, no thanks or goodbye from server, too busy laughing with his colleague…. Bad service.

Service is good, staf are friendly for the best part. There is one staff member who likes to bark orders at other staff while they are dealing with customers not very professional or pleasent. I don't use this shop all the time but have incountered tbis bad attitude 3 times.
