Good Applegreen with all the expected

Great service station and lovely food..hot tea coffee and full breakfast is very nice.. clean.. but what really makes it good is the staff so friendly and helpful can't do enough for you very polite. Blessed to have such amazing staff.

Disappointed. Place is filthy first thing this morning, got full breakfast, the cutlery had food stuck all over it. Mentioned to staff member who apologised but said Costa washes them not us. We did not see anyone check or change the knives after (while we ate Dining area floor and tables not clean. Door window going into the kitchen has handprints etc on it. Only finished meal as was starved. Toilets and coffee station also unclean. Would avoid in future.
