6 items priced incorrectly. More than doubled at the til. Bait and Switch tactics here.. 3 ladies at the til counter while I waited for the one cashier to finish with her customer. When 2 others got in line behind me, they stopped talking and one of them asked for the next person. Should have helped customers instead of chatting behind the til. Poor customer service and poor pricing tactics

Came here for a treat woth my daughter. We were in a queue for ice creams. Ots happened that gentlemen before us order same ice-cream as i was gling to get. The lady who was serving him ask him many option if he like it woth hot or a cold souse or of he like mix or not. When i was served noone was asked. When i told her i wpuld like to have ot with a hot souse she then told me its broken. My ice cream was far away from the one on a picture it wasn't appetising at all. Very very disappointed.

Staff need to wake up...gin €20 and 2 Snickers icecream @ €2 each= €24. Girl says €44 i said sorry thats wrong she said no €44. Did you get diesel she said ..i didnt say i did or neither did she ask...snap out of it and wake up staff!!!!!

Best Deli counter in town. Yummy rolls and wedges!!

Find staff lovely but was in store today and thought there was far too many people let in with no one standing outside informing people to wait till safe number in shop . As well as that young kids allowed in store by selves at ice cream counter. I myself found experience overwhelming. Want to support local shops but couldn't see German shops allowing this..
