Always stop there for petrol on the way back to Dublin. Staff great and helpful. Plenty on offer, nice clean store.

Great spot. The staff are lovely. The hot food counter offers a great array of lunch and dinner options, all cooked fresh with plenty of healthy choices. The shop is well laid out, with all your essentials and more. And the eating area is lovely to meet a friend for coffee. Toilets are spotless and the food areas in particular are always very clean. It's a great place to stop, refresh and go again!

I used to love this petrol station and staff are lovely and very helpful and manerly. But the management have to be called for for the greed and price increases It's absolutely rip off. I picked 6 chicken wings in a heavy container which isn't weighed at the deli counter now at the till 4.04 euros I nearly dropped everything has got so expensive It's a great shop and location but ripped off prices has to be called out now in Galway and all over the country. You have our country destroyed with Greed. No wonder people not coming to Ireland for holidays or families have little treat . I often treated my large family to kids meal at deli counter but the prices and portions size is not affordable anymore. Teresa Loughrea Co Galway

Manager is a rude, ignorant person - but the rest of the staff, deli & counter are always cheery and friendly. Deli is way overpriced for some things, but excellent food standard always so 50/50. Low stars for the manager being a brute, brings the place down.

The reason I'm giving 1 is because of the very rude unhelpful manager...I stopped here with friends today and my friend was getting cup of tea from the machine..unfortunately while trying to get the lid on it slipped and scalded his hands..I immediately tried to help him while also looking for something to clean the area...I noticed what I found out was the manager and immediately informed him that we needed assistance ..he strolled over took jumbo cleaning roll and started to clean up. Never once asked if my friend was ok or checked if his hands were badly scalded another customer came to help clean floor. I told my friend to get cold water for his hands and his wife came into shop obviously shocked at what she was seeing..I asked this manager if he had first aid kit he said yes and kept cleaning up...never once checked my friend nevermind get first aid kit..soooooo rude and to be honest cruel..I have over 30yrs experience in retail management and I can tell you I would never treat anyone the way we were treated today.......such a pity as lovely produce and lovely staff but this man totally has no idea of customer service. Certainly will not be returning
