Absolutely disgraceful service. The vacuum service offered here was faulty. After notifying the Manager, she abruptly told me that it was not her problem as its not part of Top or Mace and that someone else comes to service it and verified again that it was not her problem. The worst customer service experience imaginable and I will not darken its door again.
