Cheap Fuel in Your Area - Circle K Express Clane Kildare

The air water was disgraceful. Me and my mum were going down to get the car wash, and it was brilliant. But when we were finished, we decided to go and get the air water. But guess what? It wasn't working. So my mum came into the shop and asked the staff. What was wrong with it? But she said absolutely. Nothing about it and just gave her a Euro Back. Everything else was great , but I don't think I will be getting air water here Again?

One employee in her late 50’s / 60’s with glasses is one of the rudest women I’ve ever met. “Yvonne”. I got shouted at by her when I asked why I couldn’t use a Circle K voucher to pay for my diesel. She slammed my receipt down in front of me and shouted “we’re Centra not Circle K” I will never be returning. She needs a job in the dog kennels as she only knows how to bark at people not SPEAK to the people. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Zero customer service knowledge and negative attitude when enquiring about the Services area. This woman in her 50’s with glasses I was talking to, needs to learn how to talk to people. You could clearly see she hates to be there. Management step in please, cause it’s damaging your brand.

Only popped in here for a minute to buy an item. There was a short queue of 3 others - men ahead of me, me being the only woman and there was a man, probably one of the staff around his 60s. He was very polite with the other 3 men and utterly rude with me when I asked about the item I was inquiring to buy - tobacco. This man couldn't have been experiencing pain as he was polite with the other customers and very rude with me. I only asked if that specific brand was available and he said "What, do you want ME to check?" Clearly this brand of tobacco was available because I could see the items from behind the till. He sounded extremely rude and arrogant. Said good morning and have a good day to the other 3 customers ahead of me and just gave me scowl and couldn't wait to get me out of there. I did say good morning to this man and I told him this brand of tobacco. And all I got is a lack of basic human decency. There wasn't any long queue and this was obviously a part of his job. I usually go to other groceries to purchase groceries but this time, decided to go inside this place. I never came across such ignorance. Was this man / staff in his 60s ignorant of my skin color?The fact I was wearing a big pentagram necklace, and an occult hoodie? Maybe this man lacks basic human decency, common sense and real education. They are probably going to be ignorant of my husband who is a wheelchair user too. I am sure CIRCLE K CLANE wouldn't read any of the reviews here but for the people who have had to experience rudeness and ignorance from them I absolutely agree with all of you. I have heard very bad experiences with this place. For people planning to buy items from this shop, I suggest you go to Londis or even the nearby grocery shops like Aldi, Lidl, Tesco Express and Supervalu. There are better deals in all of the other shops around Clane plus decent staff. If I ever go to this place again, I will definitely post photos as evidence to the staff 's ignorance. Retrain your staff in basic human decency and ask them to read and have REAL education. Circle K Clane, your business is a shame to this village. Terminate or retrain some of your staff, so this won't keep happening. For the sake of your business, no wonder you only have a few people going in besides for petrol and the odd chicken roll/coffee combo 😂 Good luck, indeed to your staff and your business. Needs younger staff

Worst petrol station shop I’ve come across. No test facilities. Five people in the shop queue with three people behind counter and only one till open. Otter two just having a chat while customers waited.

Stopped here while travelling for work, deli staff rude, not great parking and no toilets available. my colleague had to go next door to the cafe to go toilet and had to buy a coffee just to use it. Wouldn't recommend

It's OK for a petrol station but no toilet. And small area to park. Just be ready ro grab and go. If ur desperately needing toilet
