Staff very helpful, good petrol

God forbid you pull up you wrong side of the pump. The Irish Victor meldrew (owner) snatches the pump out of your hand (covid era) and demands you turn around. Poor customer service communication skills, shop looks like a shed with a counter, 1 star is been very generous. Having worked in a Diesel yard for years, had the back of my vechile lined up so that the hose wouldn't be stretching around or over the vechile. Owner seems to have control issues or brittle equipment. Response to "owners response", God forbid a customer has an opinion or gives feedback. Yes you are correct, when I receive poor or excellent customer service, I will publicily give my review, and not hide behind an anonymous name. Regarding your "tip" regarding the gauge, poor attempt of deflecting the issue. If a customer pulled up and nobody was on the forecourt, what's to stop them been on the wrong side? Is the owner gonna sprint out every time? I don't think so, as today was the first time I seen someone pumping fuel for a customer. God forbid, feedback is acted upon and the person politely ask a customer to turn around to protect the hose. God forbid longer hoses are installed... God forbid retractable hose/pumps are installed to prevent damage. But fair play, deflect and attack a customer 👏 great policy.

The staff at the premises as shocking. The man who was filling the fuel was so rude! Told me that if I didn't turn my car to the correct position that I couldn't get fuel. I filled my tank and he was worried about fuel spillage? If I could get 0 stars I would of. AVOID
