Cheap Fuel in Your Area - Circle K Express Castletroy Limerick

Very poor and couldn't care less attitude from the supervisor today. Car wash was not correctly functioning and when l pointed this out l was left waiting so that she could review the cctv to ascertain if l was telling the truth. I clearly pointed out the fault and was met with excuses that it was working, no one else complained, there is nothing l can do. She then showed me a cctv picture of the foam working. I pointed out that l have used this car wash many times before and that the pre wash water jets before the foam were not working. She couldn't be more rude and unhelpful. I didn't want a refund or infact anything as she continued to say that your car is clean, l can't do anything. All l pointed out was that if it is not working correctly then it should not be open. I would have gladly show her the fault if she would have put the car through again. This is not the first time or the second this has happened here as l was a regular customer. I often would go for diesel and a wash on Wednesdays as wash Wednesdays were half price. I will not be going anymore and they have loss a customer. Somehow l don't think that bothers the supervisor as the customer is not always right in this place. I think management for this service station needs to be aware and also to question me as to me being wrong and uploading cctv to show me rather than hear .y reason needs addressing. I was very offended indeed.

I’m a regular customer for this petrol pump for last 2 yrs… after putting petrol in I wanted to use their facilities. They said no with great attitude. So really disappointed in this after putting in 60 euros petrol I don’t feel like coming here anymore. Anyone else pls don’t use this CIRCLE K.

Byłem dziś na stacji umyć auto. Poprosiłem Panią o wpisanie numeru rejestracyjnego. Zapytała czy tylko rejestrację??.. Odpowiedziałem.. Tak tylko rejestrację... Po czym podała mi bilet na myjke. Wiec ja pytam co z nr. rejestracyjnym.. A ona.... Zapomniałam... A czy to ważne...???? Chyba ta pani była dziś w innym świecie...
