Cheap Fuel in Your Area - Circle K Frankfield Cork

I went check my tire pressure, found that the machine was not working . I reported the issue to the staff, hoping for a quick resolution or refund but unfortunately, the response was less than satisfactory. The staff member I spoke with seemed indifferent and unhelpful, which was quite disappointing. As a customer, I expect better service, especially when it comes to basic amenities like tire pressure checks. It's essential for the safety and maintenance of vehicles. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that such issues are addressed promptly in the future. Overall, my experience was marred by the broken equipment and lackluster customer service. I was behaved very rudely by that man who mostly does evening sift.

The smell inside is horrible, and a bit cleaning will help.

Tire pressure machine is broken and deflated my tire completely meaning I had to use an emergency tire pressure canister to allow me to drive to a mechanic who then filled it up, cashier refused to give a refund in the shop and said I had to wait for someone else

No toilet paper in toilet, it's pretty poor to find that out after the fact. Do not stock fruit. On the plus side there is a car charger out front, it has nothing to do with Circle K but sure look.

Incredibly kind and patient staff. I'm so grateful for act of kindness ♥️ At 22.45, I was trying to buy bread and crossiant but kept having issues with my card. After several failed attempts, the kind lady working behind the till unexpectedly scanned her own card to pay for items..! She refused to accept transfer and said this was her act of kindness for the day. I had forgotten to buy bread and my son is starting his Junior Cert tomorrow - your AOK will never be forgotten, thanks again 😊

Who is the guy on the night shift he is rude and never serves me when I ask for something there is a clear language barrier.

So delighted with the service today from Sohail in Circle K Frankfield. I lost a part off my car during the week and thought it might have happened when I put the car through the car wash last Monday. Sohail was behind the desk when I enquired and took my number and went searching for the missing piece- and low and behold he found it and sent me pictures to confirm. Sohail went above and beyond and I really appreciate his great customer Service!

Ridiculous, “toilets out of order” for washing hands after day with 20k covid cases (30 December 2021) a employee goes out after cleaning the “out of order toilet” and the till guy “recommends” me to wash my hands with hand sanitiser, use blue roll that is next to pumps to dry my hands and use the bins to dispose it. Well done

Coffee made me sick.

I've just recently moved around the corner so this is my main store to buy the basics. Rude tender behind the counter. I guess that he might be burned out about his job but he should be more friendly.

They have the pay at the pump here now. First place I’ve ever seen with that system. It seems to cut our before you reach what you’ve paid for though. In convinced that you get slightly less fuel this way.

Great petrol station with available pumps and vacuum. Car wash offered too. Payment of petrol can be made independently thru card. Convenience store hve huge selection of snacks, coffee and donuts, slurpee are fantastic. Though the place is quite tricky to get in too, still a recommendable petrol station to go into.

I was there to buy things. The person behind the counter Was absent and rang the 5 times. He came and serverd me. He said to me. You wanna buy or not. His behaviour was sick. He asian man and his name is amjad. I promise I will never go back there Forget the store for ever

Shocking store, used to go here regularly enough in the mornings as they serve larger than usual coffees, but Jesus the staff in here are ridiculous. There is a foreign lady behind the counter, who seems very nice, but oh my god all she does is piss off quite a lot of people she encounters due to her terrible communication skills - not to discriminate but if you're going to work in retail, dealing with mostly english speaking people, you might want to have decent communication between you and the customer. There is also a blond british woman who works here, well I should maybe say she is employed here as she never seems to do any work! She is the definition of depression, she must hate her job as it physically hurts me to encounter her. the queue could be out the door, but she would rather chat with the deli staff than jump on the tills and help her lingually impaired counter part! and when she is on the till, you might be lucky to get a smile or a hello - really hates her job, should definitely quit and move on to bigger and better things. there is a young lad who works on the deli, and if I were still going to this shop, I would stop going just because of him, because if I have to overhear him talk about his self proclaimed incredible business skills and his idea of opening up his own coffee business 1 more time, I would try and drown myself in my extra large coffee - the dude never stops talking, ever! overall it's a terrible shop, well overpriced (€3.50 for a 2 litre bottle of water, come on lads!), poor deli food, shocking service and incapable staff. as gordon ramsay would say, shut it down!

€14 for a tunnel wash, some rip off. Not to mention the extra long wait. Was in a queue of cars for over an hour recently waiting to get my car washed. I won’t be back.
