No customers toilets! Ridiculous
Think about replacing your staff. Very rude and judgemental asking "are you sure you have money on that card?" Seriously, you ask your customers that way? And on christmas eve? Think again.

I don't know why they advertise as being open from 0630 until 2300. That's a total lie. At 0700 they are barely pulling the shutters up. At 2100 they are gone, and no 24 hour service.

You guys might want to hire staff that know how to smile and not shout at customers. I am a local and always use this station but went in today to claim a spin prize. Waited until no customers were in the shop so i don't hold the line as i didn't really knew how it worked. The tellet asked me why i didn't read the the rules and that she doesn't have time to explain to me. What the hell is she paid for. Stop hiring people with bad attitudes.
