Joke of a place, bought a car wash, machine broken couldn't be refunded called back 3 times still can't refund me

Staff are the best here. They always greet customers with a smile whatever time of the day or middle of the night it is

This is not Circle K, not sure why Circle sign is still up there, I was told this is private garage Circle K cards are not accepted

The food is pretty poor and not fresh at all

System not integrated with Circle K App. Receipt does not print barcodes like the other express Circle K shops. I missed my points.

Okay so it's 11am. I feel like hell. In my impoverished state I go to a shop I frequent on a regular basis. I get breakfast and of course alcohol. Alot of alcohol. I go to the counter and ask for an empty bag because I don't want to be seen carrying large amounts of alcohol in my hand and going back for more. So I ask for an empty bag and if they are serving alcohol at this hour( It was closed off) she then marched immediately to the alcohol area and pulled the shutter up holding it in her hand and looking at me intensely as if I was holding a gun. They were 2 people in line witnessing this. Yes I'm an alcoholic but I don't want the whole world to know. I told her what I wanted to her credit she brought it up. The whole place watching at this stage. I felt like asking " Does anyone else want to make a scene"?. Totally mortified. I wanted to be discreet and a whole scene was made about it. Bizarre behaviour

Not the best service station

Customer service, the could learn how to smile and stay off there phones must be a thing in all circle ks

Will sell petrol vouchers and say they are redeemable anywhere. Not true. You have to use them in that station where its much dearer.

Expensive petrol relative to other options within a few km. Handy if you need an ATM or a cheap car wash (Wednesdays only)
