I'm regular costumer in your shop but Yesterday about 19:00 ( OLD LADY BLOND ) 0 respectful with me in front to other costumers . I wanna to asking for top up with 50 euro in my hand and she say direct no no , WTF she does not listen to me at all for what I would ask . Me say again sorry I need 40 euro top up and she say again don't have here this top up. So again for second time she made me feel insulted in the presence of other clients . So I got top up there for 10 second of another workers .
