Went in today at 2pm the date is 16/03/2024 I asked the Person working at the counter for a particular brand of Cigarettes. He told me that they did not have them without even checking take in mind. Then rolled his eyes at me and pulled one of the four draws open and was like see nothing. I asked to check the rest and he told me he wasn’t arsed. If this is the type of treatment staff can give clients I have no hope for that young lads future he needs to get his attitude in check,

No air for tyres

Car still has suds on it leaving just go to the apple green up the road or turbo car wash over by londis cause this is over priced the staff are nice but €13 for a suds and a half wet car is silly the dryer sounded like my missus hairdryer

No emthy canister for fuel in this place when you stuck on the side of the road.

I went their yesterday , for hoover it was not working correctly so i switched it to fragrance there was no fragrance at all , i reported to staff at reception, how ever its not first time happen to me here , This circle has serious management issues.please sort it out you will save alot of money.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in any shop so I had to write this review. I went there to pay my Eflow and also got petrol and a coffee. The cashier either didn’t put through the Eflow or he put the wrong reg plate in. I started receiving fines and spent months trying to correct the issue with everyone. Everybody I contacted in Circle K would try to pass the issue to somebody else or just not return my calls. Finally too long a period went by when I got to the bank after the Circle K head office didn’t have any record of my €38 transaction. The Bank didn’t have any other details on the transaction other than the amount and time which Circle K didn’t even have a record of. Eflow made me pay 300 euro for the inconvenience of non payment of the 2 journeys all because I trusted people to do their job. Head office blamed me for not checking the reg number on the receipt before I left the shop. As I said worst experience I’ve had anywhere.

Very annoyed with my experience at this garage, paid for a car wash at 9.08pm and joined the queue. After waiting patiently until 10pm it was finally nearly my turn when I got a knock on the window and the staff were telling me they were closing and I'd have to come back tomorrow..why not tell me this when I was paying and not waste my time? Very bad experience.. yard is dirty, staff is not helpful, services not working i.e vacuum, water, fragrance.. Manager should take notice of the station.

Appalling customer service!!! No receipt given for my transaction and rushing customers! Take your time in dealing with customers … I would avoid this place at all times!

Extremely slow coffee machine, never see slower machine which making queue every morning.

Called in at lunchtime today for a hotdog. There was none. 4 members of staff on 1 working at the hot counter the other 3 having a good chin wag and customers including myself waiting to be served....Two full drink trolleys blocking the way to the hot food counter.....got a bacon butty instead and wasn’t asked if I’d like anything on it. It was just heated and wrapped. Poorly managed site and bone lazy staff apart from one.....defo won’t be back.

They need to loose the Sunday morning staff and give the job to someone who wants to be there especially with half the country out of work

For a place where I spend 300 EUR every month as I work close to it, they could not replace a 10 EUR Vype device that came Dead on Arrival because I don't have the box. I went to replace it few hours later when I discovered the issue. You can tell that Circle K was taken over by Exxon, with no ethics.

Didn't go in but had to leave a 1 star I saw based on the price of fuel. Extortionate, was 5 cent cheaper down the road at the other Circle K.

Best car wash on Wednesdays for half price at Dublin 15!

Went there for a quick car wash, but the store was about to close. The woman that was closing the store was extremely rude to me when I just wanted to ask if it was possible to pay at pump, as you can do in many other gas stations, like I've done at the Maxol just after leaving this place. Never coming back.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the two Pakistani workers who fixed my friends tyre, after we pulled up on a Monday evening in sep/Oct 2018 at about 10 pm. Well done for helping us out after a hard day's work I the garage.
