Place is filthy, Supermac bins overflowing, if I could leave a negative star rating I would, toilets new but not cleaned regularly. Only saving grace is they have Tesla chargers, otherwise I'd avoid at all costs.

good service station not alot off food choice, a good coffee and seating here, ideal if you need a pit stop or need to to catch up on some work

Filthy! This morning the trash bins are overflowing and the birds are picking at the rubbish. I really don't know how anyone can eat from this place with the unhygienic conditions outside. The rule should be: first clean up, then sell food. Doesn't management even notice? Each time I stop here to charge, I pick up some litter but there's so much today I wouldn't know where to start

Stop here regularly to use Tesla chargers. Today the place is filthy. Rubbish all over the forecourt and toilets are bad. Toilets are temporary structures but theres mold all over them. Looking forward to toilet remodel being completed because they were also disgusting! I was here 2 days ago and it wasn't much better. General feeling of dirt around the place and no toilet roll in the toilets. If there was another choice for tesla chargers I wouldn't stop here. Of course it's always busy here so I don't think the cleanliness is ever going to be addressed because they keep getting the business despite numerous bad reviews.

This is a good gas station and they have some nice food also. They also have vegetarian options available 😃

Great space for parking and plenty inside shop for whatever you need. Stopped here for a break today after a long drive so treated myself to a coffee and donut which came to €7.65 which is crazy expensive. Decent spot but very pricy.

The bathrooms here are a disgrace to the owners and management

Filthy toilets with no toilet paper. Floor smells like piss. Self service pump doesn’t print the receipts and I need them for my employer. I’m a professional HGV driver and I don’t have time to stand in the queue just to get stupid receipt at the counter. I won’t come back here again.

Good location, seems busy and food at tables looked good. Coffee was good. That's where it ends. The place was filthy, toilets a pure disgrace. Very strong smell of urine, floor and urinal itself filthy dirty. Stainless steel and looks like it has not been cleaned in weeks. Covered in scum. Sinks were filthy and water only on for brief time. I didn't see cubicles.

Revolting toilets. Embarrassing considering the number of tour buses full of tourists.

A nice area and looks good outside but inside is dirty and the toilets are absolutely disgraceful. Filthy with a horrid stale stench. Wear a gas mask when entering the toilet area. Bins overflowing with dirty nappies, toilets out of order. Decrepit and disgusting. I am giving one star for the fact that the two staff members who I spoke to were so nice and said that they have brought in their own personal air fresheners for the toilets. They said they have numerous complaints daily and that it comes down to the fact that there is no full time cleaning staff at the service station. I have never seen worse toilet facilities at a big service station before. Horrible atmosphere and working conditions for those people

Too few toilets which were dirty , huge queue for the ladies toliets. On the beverages, a medium coffee is €3.40 ! Overall an underwhelming experience and lucky to get 2 stars.

Great charging point for Tesla, great food, options, only issue is that the bathroom is disgusting. Circle K Ballacola is a must stop if you are driving from Cork to Dublin or vice versa. We’ve been using it for years. This station is ver good overall, and I don’t understand why management haven’t updated or renovated their bathrooms… in my opinion this is the only thing missing

Food and car charge was great and restaurant service was excellent . On the down side the toilets were grotty and smelly and need attention . The restaurant area floors were not clean and could do with a facelift ( paint) and external seating was dirty and needs upgrading . Otherwise ok

Toilets are a disgrace. Avoid this stop and go to Portlaoise Plaza or Junction 14 instead, both far superior

There is nothing pleasant about this Service Centre, toilets filthy etc, Circle K should be ashamed to have their name associated with it!!

The customer service is exceptional and all the staff are so polite

toilets are not clean there is much better service areas on this route I've stopped on many occasions to see if standards have improved but I have been disappointed every time I make a stop there.

They really need to do something about the toilets, they're always in an awful way. Edit: a year later and they're still a disgrace.

First time stopping here. The woodlands cafe and shop is amazing. Lovely food and staff. Micro salad 🥗 so delicious I took one to take away, sandwiches so tasty. Good coffee. Great food shop. And also a lovely garden center and gift shop. There's even a barber's.

Great parking, love the car chargers, toilets are always clean. The shop is standard as in most of the petrol stations.
