Overcrowded and dirty. No baby changing facilities functioning , staff were not able to offer an alternative. Made travelling very stressful, never again , I’ll go to the Galway Plaza next time .

I've used this stop a few times especially for EV charging as there’s 4 IONITY chargers. As a bonus the shops and food options are very nice - overall it’s a great stop and recharge experience.

The only spot for about 100 miles in between areas to stop for food and toilet facilities.

There are no instructions on how to use the refueling panel... it's not complicated, but confusing... and the staff is not very helpful

It's a nice building but all of the deli food we purchased was undersized and over priced. I'd say stick to McDonald's as they have a serving/price standard to maintain.

Excellent for a pitstop
Nice food at the deli, particularly the sandwiches and really nice and friendly staff. Like most businesses it is the staff who really make the place. Fair played to them. Will definitely be back. Probably best motorway services I have ever been to.
