Using stale bread on the deli, not good when sandwiches are over 5 euros.

I will never recommend citywest CircleK for car wash. I got scratch in my brand new car from their machine and when asked them, they showed me big pages of Policies and said owners are self responsible for damage for the car. My ariel was not removed they said. But I didn't find any sign or notice regarding removal of ariels or anything. When asked they said its in their policies. How can someone download policies from official page and read big pages of policies before a simple car wash. Atleast they should stick a notice or put a sign somewhere.

Avoid extremely poor hygiene bought an elfbar from the shop when I opened it to find it was used and had teeth marks on it. All of the vapes here are locked with no customer access so I can assume that staff are using them and putting them back in when the breached the subject I was told that it would be no problem but they refused shortly after. I do not leave reviews but this is an abhorrent breach of hygiene from staff and one I will follow up on. Do not buy from this shop.

Avoid Avoid Avoid, This Circle K located at Citywest Avenue is the worst petrol filling station I've ever visited. The store entrance is surrounded by junkies and get this the filling station staff even let the junkies store their electric scooters in the store. I have never ever felt so unsafe and intimidated in my life. I would rather drive any distance to another filling station. The staff and management don't care about their customer experience. I really can't understand why Circle K has just abandoned customer safety here. I advise avoiding this filling station even if your running on empty.

the lines are usually very long and sometimes there are teenagers shoplifting and fighting with security it is not a very safe petrol bunk during the evening but a plus point is it is open late

Nice deli but my god… it took the woman a good five minutes to make my roll. Putting spinach leaves on one at a time. Also €5 for a roll with three salads and no meat is outrageous. Usually only pay 2.90. Food from deli is nice, although they had no lettuce? A deli, with no lettuce is ridiculous. Staff at tills are lovely.

12:30 on a Tuesday they send the deli staff on lunch and leave one lady on. To be fair to the lady she was trying her best with the big queue. She asked a male manager for help with more staff and he laughed and said "its a long day" then he wandered behind the tills and stood there with another manager doing nothing. My advice sack them two clowns who watched the giant queue hiding behind the empty tills and get more staff willing to work.

No gas bottle

Worst circle k in ireland avoid at all cost. There is another circle k 300m away and it’s so much better. Store is dirty and staff are useless. No regard for the local community or care for its customers. Avoid at all costs.

Till couldn't scan products and server got annoyed when pointed out they seem undercharged me. Deli was confusing nightmare. 1 oc but already ran out some basics. only 1 person serving in busy till.

I charge my petrol in this place for last 3 years, on today i was told first time that this is only prepaid station (where it's not) and Sale Assistant will not unlock my pump as He should, and that "law" started yesterday (13 Feb 23), shop was still open btw and other cars where being charged normal. Phone number to the station is wrong and there is no where chance to speak with Shift Manager. It just amazed me that long term customer can be treated as potential thief? This is outrageus... I will try to contact on site manager about this "yesterdays law" for sure and form a complaint.

For the second time I had to use pumping machine on this service station and again it wasn't working. We are talking about over a year span between two visists! It took the fee but didn't pump. If you need to buy groceries probably great spot but anything else.

The girl behind the till is assleep!!! Had to go inside ina midle of a day to tell her to start the pump! She still didnt had to wave her down to get her to do it again!!! Wake up!

I use this garage frequently as I live very close & its convenient. However its run very poorly by what seems to be a bunch of kids. Nobody seems to be managing it. Anything goes! I ​went in to get a sandwich from the Deli today @ 15:00. I was told it was closed. I disputed this closing time given I'd got sandwiches from this deli later in the past. The Manager then quarreled with the Deli staff in front of me as to why the deli was being closed early. The Deli staff said they were shutting it & that was that. I then went to pay for my fuel & was served by the Manager discussed above. I asked for her name so I could report my experience to head office. She refused to give her name & just walked away from the till into the back office muttering on her way "I am not dealing with this guy. Someone else can serve him". I was just left standing there! The person in front of me was also giving out about her experience using one of the prepay petrol pumps adding "This place is always a mess!". I was told by another member of staff this Managers name is Rasa. I was shocked by my experience. I was never rude & just had pertinent questions. Her reaction made no sense!

Worst place to get your car washed the machine leave damages all over your vehicle and they refuse to accept Liability for any damage they cause until you go down the solicitors route then they do something wish I could post pictures absolutely awful experience

Coffee Machine was not working . filthy bathroom.

Unfortunately my first not 5 stars feedback: the hygiene level of the Men's toilets are light years away from any standard - dirty, no foam to wash the hands, no toilet paper.....

Ok site Restrooms closed. Ample parking

Very good breakfast roll. Need to be early to get hot stuff at deli. Nearly everything gone after midday...
