Cheap Fuel in Your Area - Circle K Fermoy J14 M8 Cork

This is a convenient stop but the toilets are disgustingly dirty. Both mens and womens are totally disgusting. I have visited this stop on multiple occasions and it's the same every stop. Obviously never cleaned or kept up by staff - they need more training and management.

Coffee machines are filthy, smell of stagnant water around the coffee dock and flies everywhere in that area. Gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful though so kudos to him.

Very disappointing visit again today. No bus spaces available for a full bus of passengers - all taken up by HGV's. Reported to management but received no satisfaction. Needs to be made more coach-friendly if they want buses to stop there.

Terrible place if they spent less time standing around chatting and served food the food wouldn't be so dried up and unappetising

Disgraceful parking for buses and coaches I wouldn't recommend it to any bus or coach driver to stop there with school kids. If they can't be bothered to keep a few spaces clear for buses and coaches they do not deserve the business.

Showers never working!

3 out of 4 times at the McDonald's the chips were raw .. apart from that ..convenient enough stop ..would recommend amber down the road over it though - 4 years later, moving from 2 to 1 star, the McDonalds hasn't improved; if it's not raw chips, it's things missing from order or even no staff behind the counter! Spent 5 minutes LOOKING at my order before any staff were visible so I could call them to hand it over to me .. have complained many times.

Stop here regularly as there's decent truck parking

Usual circle k motorway services. Toilet facilities always clean. It would be good if they had ad blue on the pumps as well.

The new EV chargers are amazingly fast. Seems to be loads of them also.

Terrible Deli counter....deli staff with terrible attitudes and unsafe hygiene practices ( gloves not being changed after handling tills and changing printer rolls.) Asking for a roll with grated cheese and being offered the sliced cheese that had a black edging on it all round as it was being used for display purposes and not to be consumed. The quality of food is terrible...always overcooked because no one there has an actual clue what they are doing. some staff members...( not all) You'd expect after been charged top prices for your food that you would get grub that isn't dried out or a sandwich that's put together by someone that actually gives a toss about what your eating.....but they don't......if people don't want these jobs....they should choose another profession. Simple hygiene practices are not being done properly. I doubt that anyone even knows H.A.C.C.P rules and practices because they've never been shown....

Dirty and Disgusting

Filthy dirty Kip avoid at all cost. If you look at my other reviews you will see I only leave positive feedback but was so appalled by the conditions here I had to leave a review. Came in to change my baby’s nappy and was in shock at the state of the wheelchair accessible toilet. god forbid a disabled person have to use the facilities. Filthy toilet covered in urine that doesn’t even flush! Then the tables were covered in food and floor unswept. Didn’t end up ordering something to eat as I was afraid of the kitchen conditions given what was left in plain sight.

An absolute shambles, place was filthy, bins were overflowing waited over an hr for food only to discover our docket was on the floor. Won't be back

Not friendly for coach. Reckless and shelfish driver park the truck on coach bay. Management did nothing after complaints.

One time when I was at the McDonald's drive through, the man working said "Welcome to Burger King". Had a great laugh.

It's a gas station.... there's nothing more to say..... they're not the cheapest!

Filthy. Seating is stained. Floor not clean. Litter around the car park. There wasn't one toilet that didn't have something on the wall or floor. At 9.30 am on a Sunday. Appalling.

Fantastic service from Ella in the Deli Section...theres no Vegan option displayed but she went out of her way to make me a lovely wrap and was a real example of great customer service. Wish there were more Ellas around!

With out a Doubt the most dirty men toilet 🚻 I have seen every time I stop there.

Easily accessible, plenty of parking and all the usual garage bits. I spend a lot of time on the road for work and the toilets are consistently the filthiest in this establishment. They stink, the floor is wet with urine and dripping urinals. No way I'd buy food here if this is the standard of the area they think is acceptable to show the public. Spend some money on them and hire proper cleaning staff. It's very poor management!

I'd say this is the dirtiest service station I've ever been in dinning area's are filthy and the place is full of fly's must be from the smell of urine coming from the toilets 🚻 no excuse for the level of filth in this place

Exit 14 suits my journey. It has everything, clean, good food and service. Enough pumps.

Not a McDonald's fan, so ignore them and get yourself some Crispy Cream Donuts instead, yummy!!!!!
