Well let's see,this fuel station which moonlights as a one stop shop for all yr basic needs for both locals and passing traffic alike.! Locals prepare their daily bread washed to be washed down with whatever harless bit of gossip thats available..) A community gathering place that thankfully hadnt had the franchise treatment whixh almost all fuel stations hafe had over past 10yrs turning then into sterile supermarket size monsters that hafeht time to be sociable or chew cud over whst is todays local news/gossip...!! Their puncture repair business with fuel depot+carwash...which has optional self wash option for yoyo less which is cheap...however their new fancy electronic air/water machine with digital psi monitor which yes makes it easier than trying shine yr mobile to see what you put into tyre with pump it is still less relaxed and fek ot, I resent spending 2yoyo for air...( were just paying for the new machine) I doubt cost of air has has gone up in recent inflation .... ! The shops stock of food isn't diverse by anymeans but what's point no need....there's one in T-Town and Multiple in KK City so there's no need and very hard to recoup investment so it's perfect as is...!!) Does as it says on tin...) Staff all super friendly...Helpful...Knowledgeable and I stop their on my way to New Ross to Kk regularly and look forward to the stop...!) Just Praying the Owner isn't there...He's a GrumpyRude,Ungrateful,Unpragmatic Man who I've regularly be privy to his total disrespect for both his staff and to Customers....He had the personality and Passion of a 1 Year old Dish Cloth...He won't spend money on things, example being extra equipment for tyre depot,which has big potential and nessicary basic equipment isn't expensive...I actually mentioned this to him as I waited for over a hour to something that would take less 10mins, for a machine for few 100yoyo max...He's often said nothing to me (even the standard pleasantries~hello how are you nice day etc)but instead totally blanked me many many times over the years. It was the several Super Friendly,Knowledgeable,Unusually Helpful and Smoking Hot Young Women who work there...!! And Several who Have A MultiFacet and Inquisitive Witty Disposition...All this suggests a visit even if only for for a lotto ticket at to checkout these Celtic Cuties..!! Breath of fresh air 👌 But back to Grunpy man, fact is that other than the above tyre suggestion,I never once offered any input into his business...! Ironically his Son/Sons are or certainly seem sound as a 💶 straight and most importantly friendly,appable,approachable,Knowledagreeable and as my friend keeps telling me that he is easy on the eye...! So hopefully Daddy Grinch is off Picketing Christmas Grotto or busy preparing all the leftovers and outdate food gor their Christmas Festive Season ...Stop Shope Make yr Car shiny...Fuel Snobs would Say TOP isn't the best when comes to fuel quality or cleanliness but this may be thjng of past...One thing all Inish Drivers Neglect...Adding Bottle of Injector/Fuel System cleaner every 3 full tanks 1.5/2k miles will keep yr car tiptop conditions and best economy esp never high stressed s engined high bhp diesels...OK enough 👏

Been stopping at this place for years since stopping for petrol (in a petrol van) one day & the lady came out to make sure I wasn't making an error. Staff are very friendly here & for such a small shop, there's not much you can't find. The coffee is one of the best brews in Co Kilkenny too.
