Had an issue with the air but the manager Edita came out in the rain and helped me. Top notch customer service.
Drove into get fuel today and before I could get out of the car the most disgusting old man aproched me asking am I getting fuel the man must have being the owner he was standing at the door with a blue t-shirt . I will never again visit this station
Everything you need in one shop
Went to pay for my fuel and the girl at the till didn't look up from her phone, she was too busy scrolling tik tok. I had to swap tills. Learn some manners.
2 serving at counter,milkshakes & other, nobody 2 pay for petrol, eventually after minutes ,member of staff came back & served 2 boys who skipped the queue from the other side,when they should hav joined da queue where 3 people had been waiting ,I had a sick lady after an operation in my car waiting 2 get home quickly ,& when I challenged him on it ,he was indifferent,won't be spending my cash there again
Local to this shop and inside it is very nice. However I’ve tried to get petrol at night three times in recent months and was told I can’t pay for petrol by phone (only cash or card at night). I can’t see how tapping a phone in the daytime is any different to at night. Drove up to the grandons by Toyota and there was no problem, lad even opened the pump for me up there as I didn’t know how much the car would take. Makes no sense.
Was refused to be able to purchase two 99 cones because there were 4 people in the cue behind us. Even though we had waited our turn.
Told I can't pay for petrol with a phone...in a petrol station.

I went in there this evening to buy cigarettes and the member of staff was not very helpful was just writing on an note book didn't even raise his head very ingrained i know every one is stressed at this time I work for retail so i know it is hard but a little manners would help
