Very convenient for all your needs

We go there every Friday. My daughter calls it the Friday shop. Went there today to buy her a chicken roll after her hockey match at 4.20. Despite the delicatessen being open and all the food still on display the guy behind the counter absolutely refused to make up a roll because he was about to close I'm not one of these people who gets outraged at the drop of a hat. I've worked in retail all my life and I get it but that was the most appalling customer service I've come across in a long time. It'll be a cold day in hell before I go near that place again. Drove to JJ s in Ballinlough and got sorted without any problems and it was delicious.

I was in your store the other day and just wanted to tell you what a great experience me and my son had. The guy was nice even though they were very busy, We got served by A girl at the till with red hair, She explained what all the diff ice creams were.. That little extra time to explain stuff is what’ll make me come back again! great store.

Why on earth are u putting Mayo on spice boxes. No one wants Mayo on a spice box. Make them without it and charge people for the Mayo.

Great sandwiches

Fantastic store with great variety of fresh foods, sandwiches, cakes, salads, breads. Staff are under serious pressure but it shows with there approach to customers which is a shame as there usually very friendly. Plenty of parking , very clean store .

Handy shop to get a few bits in, always have a good selection in the deli, but you need to get there at the crack of dawn for a breakfast roll 😁 One member of staff has turned my rating down to a 3 rather than a 5, as her attitude was terrible

A nice setup. Good layout. A nice place to get a lunch However that being said I was served by a woman called Kathy in the Food Deli and her attitude was terrible, a very snappy tone. When I asked for a sandwich and the level of effort she put into making it was embarrassing. But the rest of staff were very friendly.

Great shop fab deli amazing staff

Greta deli that is always well stocked. Cafe is generally busy. One of the best shops around. Staff are always very pleasant and accomodating. Plenty of parking. Needs some bicycle parking as there is nowhere to lock a bike if visiting.

Usually opened till 11 pm, now 10:07 and all dark and closed. My trip could be avoided...

"Do you want the fat cut off the ham" its a simple question but this is the first deli that I've ordered a ham roll where they offer to do this and its a nice courtesy to extend to us customers who hate fat on our meat
