I went to Carrick today to get food I'm there on a daily basis I work for the r.s.a.i received the most horrible treatment from Alan Murphy who is supposed to be a manager my items came to 1915 I had 14 on my card rest I had in cash the poor girl on till was obviously new she made a mistake by taking 5e instead of 14 so because she made a mistake he told me to put items back I say I worked in delis for years so it can easily be amended he was like tell me how so rude in the end he decided to tell the girl get of the till a whole cue of people mortified is an understatement he needs a new job absolute 💯 intranet man all the girls are lovely I will not be going again and I will be making a formal complaint about him I left crying with my autistic nephew my sister only passed away I'm actually distraught at the treatment I received from him

Got insulted by one of the Deli girls , been going in for breakfast for years there , wont be back anymore after today !

bad customer service, bearded staff member a bit aggressive when asked a question. ice cream machine conveniently broke when i ordered.
